The college gives scope to a variety of interested people, students and teachers alike. Being a fresher with no experience, I was overwhelmed upon being appointed solely on the basis of my potential which they had assessed after a successful interview. Even though, the travelling is a lot on my part, the hectic process is eases when almost all of the students turn up for classes and keenly respond to my lectures. The college gives opportunities to underprivileged children and offers assistance in terms of vocational training as well. My colleagues are very cooperative and the professional working environment gives me ample scope for my personal growth as well.

Teaching, it was a great experience giving lectures at a college for the first time.

Dislikes

I guess due to lack of funds and infrastructure the newly established department lagged a bit behind than other colleges, but I am sure things are better now
