People are in same place and same position for 5-10 years. Regional level management is very poor, they are no man of word, speak different do different.

...nagement is transparent.thereis a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn,t address our issue.salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not giving to new joinees.
