We are working from home since pandemic begins and we are getting salary in time including our team mates and our juniors who reports to us in out source company they also getting it in time and we are experiencing e-learning courses online and training programs through virtual meeting by corp office employees and top level management also company is taking care and our family with motivational speakers and health care instructors or Dr's via virtual meeting.

Dislikes

Nothing is dislikes it may feel comfortable when u work with a better team and immediate manager whom u report and cross functional teams also plays a vital role in like and dislike factors but fortunately everything good so far .

Likes

Good working environment, freedom, work life balance, job security. 5 days working, comp off facility.

Dislikes

After retirement benifits are very less, some hr policies are not transparent, salary structure not same for all employees, HR department employees are also not employees oriented.

Likes

Employee open to take initiatives....Salary credit on every 30th of Month, Highest Conveyance Paying company Rs 13/- per Km for 4 wheel.

Dislikes

Its elevate Junior employee with minimum pay on the name of Promotion...Ultra tech diverts its focus from Cement to BPD and U.Tec...Even people paid from pockets in U.Tec services.

Salary is too low as compared to work pressure. At the time of joining there is no proper training and induction is given and you are directly given the job and is bound to struggle as there is no sop and uniformity in their practice. No compoff or any benefit to work on weekends and no matter how much hard work you do there is no reward and recognition

Dislikes

The Pay structure of staff cadre employee is very poor. The increment is also terrible. You will be required to work tirelessly on weekends without any compo off or other benifits. On quater ends your work can end at 2-3 in the mornings. This place (UKSC) is a good place for getting brand value, other than this there are no value. My suggestion is avoid.
