Pay revision pending more than 15 years. At the same designation huge difference of payment. No incentive scheme. Excess work load on engineers. Too much advertisement rather than focusing on plant issues. advertising

Employee open to take initiatives....Salary credit on every 30th of Month, Highest Conveyance Paying company Rs 13/- per Km for 4 wheel.

Dislikes

Its elevate Junior employee with minimum pay on the name of Promotion...Ultra tech diverts its focus from Cement to BPD and U.Tec...Even people paid from pockets in U.Tec services.

It's a great company to learn .As I'm in techno marketing accordance to work culture and salary , incentives it's best among the same category of other brands.

Dislikes

They have good opportunity for good people .As an employee I felt a little left out of promoting program than my colleague who is not better than me but can talk his way through seniors .And guess what he got the promotion.May be it's my misunderstanding, I'm just hoping for best

...gement is transparet. there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.c company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bound ever year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign. on the job training is not given to new joinees.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable,high quality products and global client base.

Compensation is decent ,but growth is slow.The work pressure is moderate.
