Apart from this the appraisal is very less If want to get promoted just by Hard work It's nearly impossible it will take 5 years just to get promoted if you are lucky enough only then The culture of the company is worst of Kind Lots and lots of Non Value added work is there which will at the end Eat away your Technical knowledge of the subject. There is no respect of an individual, No humanity at all Company Shows that it has rich culture of Health and safety But in reality it's just elephant tooth khaane k kuch aur dikhane k kuch aur. Just visit occupational health centre you will know, you will feel it. From 1st day you will feel that you are under paid or you are just wasting your time.

...fe zero balance. Since last 2018 years working as a assistant manager.No growth Salary is too low. Working hrs is 12. Jaypee Boss is unskilled and poor.when ever any job completed if successful then credit goes to Boss.Mr.mithilesh jaypee person and if problem occur then responsibility goes to FLE. As our CMD sir Mr.ER rajnarayan sir told never work for a poor Boss is totally correct and fully implemented to my ex Boss i.e. Mr.mithilesh kumar awadh .Manager E&I.

This is manufacturing unit so, our valuable time is not in our hand.. Any time, any festival, any sunday time we have to attend the equipment breakdowns.. For that only quarters provided by company... If we leave from colony even not in duty time also we have to ask/informe to reporting manager.... Unable to think, celebrate Festival s in happy mood.. Leave is the main concerns.. Due to low man power planning as an engineer should worked as technician, supervisor, Engineer.. Treated as slave for any plant requirements.. Shows as systematic company but to implement/follow the system sufficient man power, infrastructure not available...

Worst working environment. Culture is too poor in Dankuni unit. HR department is terrible and doesn’t have any professional ethics. You will be frowned upon if you take leave or leave office on time.
