It was a great experience to work with ultratech cement Ltd. Here employee can get better opportunity when he is from ultratech he should not be from Birla gold.

... It was very huge difference between ultratech employee and Birla gold employee. Even ultratech off roll employee got more salary when he joined company payroll. Wheather Birla gold employee have 5 or more than years.

,EVEN AFTER ACHIEVING ALL THE TARGETS,THERE IS NO PROMOTION, NO INCENTIVE, A TROPHY ,ANNUAL FOREIGN OR OWN COUNTRY ANY PLACE AS A TOUR , IS NOT GIVEN AS A REWARD.

As per salary is concern I am not happy...work environment is good. Some policies are not applicable in ground reality.

...ure. Everyone is willing to discuss and understand situation and hadle in unity. When we are going talk about salary whih is imp prospect of work but company never disappoint me on that they never gove me chance to talk on salary because they are very punctual about salary and there employee.

...ro dislikes in company where you got respect and friendly atmosphere around you. Also i don't have complained about salary and behaviour of boss because they treat me as family member.
