worst culture I have ever seen in building material segment. except salary nothing is happening good in the company. Hrs are also Terrible. Building material segment became telecom sector.

Employee open to take initiatives....Salary credit on every 30th of Month, Highest Conveyance Paying company Rs 13/- per Km for 4 wheel.

Dislikes

Its elevate Junior employee with minimum pay on the name of Promotion...Ultra tech diverts its focus from Cement to BPD and U.Tec...Even people paid from pockets in U.Tec services.

Excellent work culture and lot many to learn in such a good organisation with great leaders being supportive to guide and groom up the personality.First organisation where i found no offensive languages being used even where one is even underperforming...Will further love to join again for next level in near future.

Dislikes

Retention bonus and policy for employees who are willing to serve the company for long term,but could not stay due to salary hike in next organisation is not adressed.

TERRIBLE TERRITORY MANAGER IN KESINGA UNIT AND PATHETIC REGIONAL MANAGER OF WESTERN ODISHA.T HEY CONSIDER THEMSELVES AS GOD OF ALL EMPLOYEES AND TORTURE IN THE NAME OF PERFORMANCE WHERE,THEY CONTRIBUTION IS ALMOST ZERO.THEY ESPECIALLY TORTURE THOSE EMPLOYEES WHO HAVE JOINED THROUGH INTEGRATION PROCESS.THE CULTURE OF COMPANY HAS DEGRADED IN LAST 3 YEARS AND STILL DETERIORATING .HR HAS BECOME JUST A RUBBER STAMP.

Good work & life balance. Teammates are supportive and help you work seamlessly. They also have non monetary benefits such medical insurance for family and term insurance for employee.

Dislikes

... people. Such thing never helps a deserving person grow within the organization. Compensation benefits are not at par to the industry standard.
