No balance in work and personal life. MIS person have huge work load , this become more stressful when working with unprofessional coworkers.

We Wanted to continue job with Ultratech Cement RMC Division but unfortunately we were force to give resign from the job, if the company had given us a chance to prove & If the company had transferred us to another place, it would have worked.
