...ement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company polices are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but carrier growth is slow. There is a bond 2 years before which you cannot resign. In the job training is not given to new joinees.

So many reasons Here you will face discrimination between the operational unit and executive unit level of the same office. Newcomer is relatives and acquaintances appointed to higher posts who knows nothing and gets trained by operational staff but at the end of the year Executives gets all appraisal and the operational staff gets nothing.

Very Good working culture. Seniors are very supportive. Company policies good & able to retain /attract the Talent

compensation is best as per industry Standard. working pressure are moderate. there is lot of inhouse Tranning.

...decision making power to Sr. Mgnt. Responsible & Accountable is only engineer. No compensation increment from 2013 as per company growth . Only minimal increment in CTC.

Only good thing is job security even for lethargic people.

...as per their convenience. Management is not willing to adopt any New Technology. Compensation is not so good.
