There is no respect of an individual, No humanity at all Company Shows that it has rich culture of Health and safety But in reality it's just elephant tooth khaane k kuch aur dikhane k kuch aur. Just visit occupational health centre you will know, you will feel it. From 1st day you will feel that you are under paid or you are just wasting your time.

Pay revision pending more than 15 years. At the same designation huge difference of payment. No incentive scheme. Excess work load on engineers. Too much advertisement rather than focusing on plant issues. advertising

Working culture is good. Team is very supportive. Salary is decent. Job is secured. Safety is first priority. It's just the industries are located in remote area and thus no recreational activities. Work life balance is a bit on uneven side.

The work is good but the salary is very low. From this monthly salary is 14200 after deducting PF etc. 12000 comes to hand. From this 3000 car installment 3000 petrol mobile recharge 1500 mine, wife and father's mobile installment 2000 and 2500 monthly home market remains 0 Rs.
