No salary. In offer letter they will give 50%hike on previous salary. But you will not get that salary get only previous salary or less. Working culture not good. Worst company in india. Dont join in this company. Your future will goo.

Work company no professionalism they don't follow a procedure .rules changes everytime even after achieving the yearly target they won't give appraisal. They told you a few responsibilities on joining after joining the company all the work load will be forced on you.

The cutting in salary is very high they cut your salary depending on thier mood even after doing a sale they used to cut my salaries. Regarding the incentive they won't follow a rule.communication gap is thier in management. They terminated me without the perior info and my incentives also not given even i had a good relationship with the company. They just fired me becoz i asked for an appraisel
