Asking the employee to go ahead with paid sales navigator account Creating ambiguity on salary saying "salary directly proportional to target", who the hell expects a conversion with no resources and starting with a new region with absolutely no clue or support Asking to train the team member later on while initially it was an individual contributor role. Calling any time other than the office time and expecting to respond as and when Bhabani, the director wants. No training or support from any team member or event the so called director. Asking the employees how do you reach the prospects outside India region and declining to provide recharge for Skype Calls(Still expecting a conversion within 8-9 days of starting) Enter at your own risk and iff you do not care about your growth but only the money(surety of salary in first month is negligible iff you are true sales champion and your past clients are dying to get an ERP solution or any service from you Hope this helps the people who are making up your mind to join this so called company.

I have been working with Ultracures for over a year now and i had confidently say that it's one of the best company i ever worked for . From the moment I joined the team , I impressed by the company's commitment to its employees and to its dedication to excellence .

Nothing to appreciate since I saw reviews and was skeptical of this company from the beginning

The workplace here is a mess. The owner, Mr. Bhabani, is all over the place, treating employees like they owe him something. He flips out randomly and fires people without warning. We tried to talk about it, but he shut us down by making the WhatsApp group admin-only and axed us out of the blue. Clients aren't happy either – they say the work's shoddy and never finished. Don't bother joining unless you enjoy disappointment.

No pros in working over here, CEO bhabani sankar singh is is big big SCAMMER. This is a small company, even their IT ERP service isn't good, the clients aren't even happy with them.

Please do not join, he (Bhabani sankar singh)seeks for people who are in need for job and makes them work for a while also overtime , kicks them out without any reason any doesn't even pay the salaries. Such a terrible guy and scam of a company please don't join

I m so glad to here getting lot of knowledge and working experience. And the Boss Mr. Bhabani Sir is very Knowledgeable and Experienced man over here who guides in every single problem...😊
