worst company. nothing is good. so many cases still unsettled on good workers and managers lying in court. no good persons stays here more than three to six months. many ex employees knows well. once joined comes out with fight or false harassments or case.

as per the knowledge three GM left the company with at least one false case that too. its still running in court.

1. There is no Job security in Ultra Lab since there is no proper system in the company. Management people are not stable minded and non-technical people, so technical people cannot be valued there. People who don't bother about job security and proper system can prefer to wirk there. Technically no one can learn anything in Ultra Labs.

It was a excellent exposure to me, my coleague helped in learning work alot, ultra was a nice vompany for freshers to learn the work, salary was not satisfactory but facilities like canteen, cab made me feel satisfactory.

Dislikes

It made hard ms to learn my work, due to lack of training. No initiARl precautions were given before handling instruments and chemicals, it made my job hectic to balance. My hard work was not been noticed only mistakes were taken by my seniors, it created a uncomfortable environment to me.

Don't join to that company. Because they won't worth fir your knowledge and dedication. Management is not good not up to the mark. Food, facility and they will not follow WHO guidelines, they will make their own rules and regulations. Totally waste of time
