Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Company having big plan for green energy revolution in new way.

Dislikes

... strategy and worldwide geopolitical tension and product availability in India.. Even we lost our jobs due to this and without any compensation . they not going to continue that providing any time in searching jobs.. Terrible experience ..

The only good thing of the company is belongs to Essar group. Ruia family is very kind and humble to people who are working for them.

Dislikes

Management especially CEO and CFO have no vision. Toxic culture at its peak. Hire and fire schemes is there. Think twice before joining.
