The company is open to innovation and readily adopted latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team. ultra denim is growth is very high in short time period which is done by his owner and his team who work hard for company. I can say that of more about company is all employees work like as a family members. I.am really happy to say that I was work with ultra denim pvt Ltd. And I really appreciate that.

I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.
