Focused on going public which is affecting employee interests ans wellbeing in terms of cost cutting ans layoffs. Some Mid Level managers micro manage unwanted stuff instead of focusing on actual stuff.

The salary, the perks and the benefits are really good. There is a lot of opportunity to learn and grow.

The work pressure here is relatively high. But that's why you are paid high. It's not something I dislike but it can be better.

Good work environment and culture. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Work life balance is not good. No good support for learnings. Not good planning for the next piece of the work.

The company has good work life balance but it largely depends on the team and manager. There is good learning if working in platform domain else it can be monotonous. Peers are helpful and friendly. Kronos also has rehire policy.

Dislikes

...4% more hike than all others. This numbers differ slightly based on the project. Increment at higher levels are almost same as lower levels even though there is a huge base salary difference.
