The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global clients base. As a result I get to travel abroad, especially to the Hong Kong and Bangladesh. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here

Dislikes

Compensation is moderate but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do appreciation emails from my client by they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals.

I got a chance to work and learn a lot for various product range in Softline, hardline and Pharma Industries. Work environment is friendly and well cultured.

Worst seniors to work with. They require 100% results without any feedback or inputs. Number of meetings which is so irritationg as work has to be completed after work hours. High work pressure with no appreciation. Seniors come late themselves and except juniors stay in office for late hours. Specially the female staff (social compliance team)

Training sessions was good & small organization to explore more best part of UL cafeteria . :)

Partiality between the employees... Management prefer their personal guys to come & work with them ..Work pressure is higher ..Managers do not value the individuals unique strength ..No appraisals according to performance
