This company is decent, but salary growth is slow.

No any kind of plan for employees growth from last 5 years no any sallery increment for any employees.

No any sallery increment Worst HR policy No any basic needs of employees fulfilling like as laterine.

The industrial overall environment and people are good and very punctual, while all members mostly the line workers are giving there best for the company and while I've worked as intern the maneger was so understanding and patience he answered every possible questions and provide us knowledge about different aspects too! The job security is well balanced, and the gate security is also punctual which makes place safer!

Dislikes

It's not like anything to dislike about company, although for development in career in industrial sector is slow ..but steady! And required waste management techniques for betterment which in my opinion will be helpful for industrial and commercial purpose!

No proper management. No employee benefits at all. No time limits. No proper workload distribution. No annual increments, No arriers. No holidays on public holidays also.. Delays in salaries, every 1.5 month time. No payments done to suppliers on time . Waste company. Not recommended at all.

Forced to use personal vehicles for company's use, with no petrol allowances.
