The company upcoming project is good and their team sitting in main office is good.

Dislikes

The senior in the sales team. Naya VP hai still old VP is bossing around and closing team Team Leader Akanksha is the biggest liar and fraud she keeps telling everyone about how “close” she and Managing Director of the company is and everyone in the company knows about their relationship but no one has guts to say it. The sales team senior management is spoiling the company name and the management has no idea about it.

The Chairman and 2 Directors are humble , very nice human 👍 they like results to be delivered on time except that they don't interfere or pressure staff.

Dislikes

Lack of proper admin policies Infrastructure support No picnic No outing No off site No town hall No canteen No pantry No coffee / tea machine No fridge on 3rd floor

Work is satisfactory. My colleagues are very pleasing people to work with and I have got a really supportive HOD and team members.

Dislikes

Administration of the office on a day to day basis can be much better. Shortage of capable staff to get the job done.

Politics of sales head with his beloved lady TL. Employees won’t be at any benefit every working here. If you come after 10:15 it will be considered at half day. No regularisation of attendance.

X VP Sales VD sir was one of the reasons people worked for this company. All the brokers use to work on his face value and made this company as a brand name into the market.

Dislikes

Late marks and HR Department - Unprofessional and illetarate, They only do gossips in the head office.
