... anytime they want/ 0% growth as they are not interested in employees growth.... Salary was never on time and they distribute salaries in cuts and pieces... Completely unprofessional behaviour from the management

Honestly, there is nothing I dislike about working here but If I had to point out anything, it would be the occasional challenges of tight deadline - which, in hindsight, have helped me grow professionally.

Its a very professionally run company where people are respected and feel empowered to take decisions. People are given the freedom and support to produce work that they are proud of . Great learning and very exciting work

A lot of things. Basically job security is zero. They hire people if they have projects and they will fire you without any prior notice if they don't have work. Employee growth and benefit hs their least concern. Micromanagement. Also I lot of office politics. If you are not in favourite list then be ready for a termination letter.

Company is worst when it comes to employees growth and job security.........they don't give any proper reason they just fire you on the spot.......many employees complain about this many times

Few number of staff but politics is of very high standard.........the only way to survive here is just do whatever the boss says even if its right or wrong
