Not good environment and culture and much less salary not behaving good no any increment no any kind of company facility one year bonus one year no bonus

There is a lot of politics degree holder they are giving only 10000 per month salary for 12 hours duty

Nice supportive staff & workers, Canteen facility available,No late working compulsory, and 1 weekly off compulsory .

Dislikes

Management work is not like a team work,No job security, Self decisions are non valuable.

Likes

They treat the staff as their family and.look out solution to all problems faced by the staff . Healthy working environment also management and staff co ordination is.very good.so there is no chance of misunderstanding . Always they come up with new opportunities for the staff which binds a bond of corporate relationship very strong. As a team they r very excellent boss who manages his staff in a very smooth manner.
