Work on holiday sales team & branch team 2nd & 4th saturday. No comp off. Comp off is credited in your leave balance but supervisor above BM role is not provided. 10 days mandatory leave provide by supervisor above if providing then only 5 to 6days. Work & life balance is very disappointed.

Growing bank.Getting Salary and incentives on time .Good Health insurance and other employee benefit are provided by bank.

Family and work life balance are difficult to manage as we have to work 2nd and 4th Saturday also .

The company gives a good amount of job security. But mostly things will depend on your manager. if the manager is not good then Ujjivan as a company can not do anything in that case

...u work for long here, other major banks might not consider you for many roles. Salary and Increments depend on the department you are working in. In case your department is incurring losses. Your hard work will go in vain as the ratings will be poorly allotted.

Your branches need, There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is slow. there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees......

Company caring for each N every Employee at any level. Give all Comfort. All Jobs are safe .no any intention to move it or fire them from company. All roles are clears for all. All Branches behave like home branch for any Cust.

Overall all is ok. Have to see one time compensation of vintage staff to Revise
