    Salary on 25th. Employment engagement is very good.

    Dislikes

    Work on holiday sales team & branch team 2nd & 4th saturday. No comp off. Comp off is credited in your leave balance but supervisor above BM role is not provided. 10 days mandatory leave provide by supervisor above if providing then only 5 to 6days. Work & life balance is very disappointed.

    Your branches need, There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is slow. there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees......
