Company environment is good and As i started to work in startup company i didn't expect huge salary but as a beginner to start u career in startup is the best to learn new things and be quick, the heavy work environment, no training was provided.

Work pressure is high, and salary is low

Over all experience is good but no job security in ufone, yes career growth is possible, salary is not good, i learned a lot form U fone, Working environment is too good,

Growth is slow, pressure is very high on the floor, i do not revived appreciation form management

Contributing to Ufone has been an immensely rewarding experience for me over the last 10 years. It was my second home and with all the colleagues, it was like family working.

Dislikes

The growth in management field was not enough because its an IT company.
