On time salary. Except QA department company is good.

HOD of quality department not good he is humiliated to the juniors. No job satisfaction in QA. No quality system available at shop floor. No proper sitting area for shop floor employees Do not join QA department in Bawal Rewari plant.

Reporting manager is sensible and genuine, with vast experience with excellent know how, give full freedom to express your self resulting in best output from the people working under him

As such nothing to mention, as cons But HR people are bit unethical feels deducting ones salary leads to get in good books of managment in terms of saving to company, salary gets deducted if the attendence is not ensured properly at end of month.. if u ensure it works fine

Good ambience and timely pay with good increment

Late night stay in R&d, no skill development activity or training,with less work also feels like tiresome work,because of doing a same work repeatedly overall mean to say lack of decision making capability

Company policies are really very good.if you are a maintenance person then you can find hare different types of machines.but work culture is not so good.

Dislikes

As a maintenance person work pressure is not very high. Sometimes engineers work 13-14 hours straight in a day without any pay. Politics is on its high level in the company. No on job training

...nagement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and game policy for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
