Cut salary upto 30% Then, the crediting salary to account also divided by to. We will not receive salary for the first 15dys. The first half will be crediting after 15th & scnd half by 30th! So covid make the management to take horrible decision, they had taken ever! :)

Good organization and and work life balance but on local end it's pathetic, not like at all

Dislikes

Lot of internal politics behind the back, no salary hike and growth,, not any learning for career growth. Sales director always planning and plotting for the counselor for their personal interest and benefits.. Not even provided the resources for official work

Dislikes

The give pers and incentive but not at right time when it is needed. It depends upon management mood. Also in portions so that the money you get be washed off and you can't use it in a proper manner as if it's given in one time they we may use or invest.
