Work is good. One can learn a lot.

...se gossip "aunties". And at the time of leaving firm, they make that time worst. Hold 2 months salary and pay it after n number of requests after 2-3 months of leaving firm..same issue with reliving documents.

Not job security. No matter how much loyal you are they can kick out anyone if they find with low salary expectation. Notice period is 3 months which is disclosed after you join the firm. Low reimbursement rates.

The company is open to innovation and really adopt latest technology. i love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality services and has a global client base.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is high.

For CA article it is one of the Best firm. But work load is too much for article.

1) Everything is dislike. I never saw such a greedy person in my life name Udyen Jain. He is only interested in snatching money from clients pocket instead of providing good & better services to them. 2) Mostly Udyen Jain is interested in playing politics among the employees. 3) If anybody thinking to join UJA as an employee, please don't join your life become hell. You will not able to give to your friends & family. Even u cannot give time to childrens & wife. 4) No future for employees, No Increment, No PF facility, No Gratuty, No Medical facility & No Diwali bonus. They only have is strictly 9.30 hours work schedule. 5) I dont know they hiring employees for work or prisoners for punishment.
