The company is open to new parts and new accessories. I like that there are many things which makes us to perfect in work.I am glad to work in this compny. As in automobile field uday industry is the part of Maruti Suzuki Which are situated in Faridabad.

There no employe safety & security . sometimes i works late night but there is no value of work.work load is major problem.

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
