Salary -- Accepted Offer

I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. Experience was good . Good environment.

Dislikes

There are no hr policy and company policy. They are not support to employee. There are political environment. They also do not provide employee incentive and expenses on time. It's been six months, my and my colleagues incentives are still pending
