Good work organization.teammates are supportive and managenment is transparent.copmany policies are good, appreciate are fair and they give good salary hike and bouns every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Three is a bound of one years before which you can not resign.On the job training is not given to new joiness.

...e candidate to deliver on his assignments. Systemic support is available to all. As per my experience, the appraisal process is pretty transparent and pay is up to market standards. Career growth opportunities are available across categories & geographies.

Dislikes

No such issues faced personally. I read some reviews related to work life balance. End of the day, start ups comprise of fairly young crowd which is ambitious for results and acts fast to close deliverables. Anyone who is anxious to learn / deliver quickly would feel at home while working with Udaan.

...an hour we they told about the process n I have started working on the same day. N career growth is absolutely zero if ya a off role employee salary they say it's peaceful job n there is no good hike that was given n my manager abused and when complained they took it casually. Work environment is too pathetic too hectic always asked to work late night even after reaching home. Also they asked u to work on all the pl I took till now

What I loved most about Hiveloop Technologies? The freewheeling, 'anything-goes' culture—it was like working in a sitcom. You could practically hear a laugh track after every team meeting. And let's not forget, if you're looking to hone skills for a future in politics, there's no better training ground. After all, who needs structured workflows and accountability when you can just 'wing it' every day?

What didn’t I enjoy about Hiveloop Technologies? Oh, just the inspiring pay structure, where senior leadership pocketed astronomical salaries and ESOPs, sometimes over 2 crores a year, while the rest of us got the privilege of ‘character-building’ compensation. It’s always motivating to see that only those at the top truly reap the rewards—it really made us all feel like one big, happy team!

There is no Job security.. In Guwahati location they closed their business but at least they should inform their Market Managers before that. No prior notification they suddenly shut down the business and informed the employees.
