Udaan is a good company one can learn new things in it.

It seems goods to me to reduce my salary but it has been 4 years in my office but till now there has been no increase in payment and no promotion. I have got a salary of Rs12000 but i have been getting it for the last 4 years. I have not received any increase in salary and no promotion udaan is not happening but the manager is increasing his man`s promotion and salary. But they not paying anything about.

Actually Sir, This company management is very poor. Some senior staff compare educated or uneducated person is same condition compression. So this management work is low performance. As a information is that uneducated person salaries is more & and higher education person is low salaries .

I have worked with udaan logistics from Oct 2020 to March 2022 . I learned more this from my manager and my team.. Before worked with udaan I don't have any experience of B2C knowledge but there I learned most of things. My Teammates are very supportive and my manager also..

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Except ontime salary nothing is good.

1. No consistency in volume due to high reduction in Manpower/monthly. 2. Cost driven system with poor knowledge of warehousing. 3. Top management are not clear on their vision and build unwanted pressure to deliver the targets.

Good work environment and culture a this company.The management is supportive our strategic plan for the operation

Dislikes

On job training is not given to new joined . Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is 1 year bond before which cannot resign.
