All are dislike, no promotions, no timings, no hlydays atleast for festivals also n no company norms exactly what they giving. Want to calrify one thing. As a udaan express way is employes are just a machines

Sir, Some picker, loder, executive, manager very bad language speak. But some person are good discipline . Plz. Uneducated some employees are immidate take action.

Some employees are makes bad discipline. Just like Loder, picker, executive, manager. Management are not available for used for product . In this management all person are always false for honest employee which 100% proper working. Some manager are always support for false employees. So which honestly employee working for upset. First of all educated employees are not growth for other executive.

Sir, some executive & loader, shiftincharge, manager are time pass for every corporate sector. All manager are salaries cutting for employees. I said that whom employees are working long time then manager first of all promotion of all executive.

In Udaan Express I have experienced a lot, Job security- In there job security part is little weak Work culture- In the Udaan Express work culture is too good... Management- Outstanding supports from the seniors... best support from the org. ... Company policies- Well planned policies and also these policies are in max. employees support...
