1. Product base company behave like service company. 2.No job security, as soon as the job is done they will start isolating you and then you have resign due to lack of work. 2. Politics at high level. 3. Employee policies are not ment for employees its for managemnt and HR. 4.Promotions only for favourite employee and managers. 5.Strick wfh/ wfo policy

Extremely rude team and managers. I joined the department last November and honestly I regret my decision because I really don’t know what is likeable in this place. Managers are biased in giving promotions and generally prefer giving it to people who are close with them. Same applies to on-site travels. Managers can’t see the favouritism happening in the team, they turn a blind eye. HR is just ineffective. I hope things can change
