I liked the colleague's contributions towards learning new things encouraging each other.

Dislikes

....a nd if you speak for yourself once you'll be labelled as a controlling person. No salary is offered in the training period and tantrums are served as complimentary. No professionalism between the employees at higher posts and the trainees/freshers. Degrading work timings and employees were forced to sit and work even after completing the basic 8-9 hours of work.

Likes

So far the best work culture I've come across throughout my career. Higher ups are cooperative and understands work life balance quite well. Even the criticism is very polite and you never feel bad about your mistakes, it is actually quite motivating to deliver your best.
