...profile or some senior profile by going through this toughest kind of interview. But at the end of the day you came to realise that they have nothing to give you in return as a Salary. NAAM BADE OR DARSHAN KHOTE. Don't waste your time by going there and giving interview as there Branch head Manish has some ego problem also, he just think he is like some non sense Don of somewhere. Secondly, they have HR name Nicki who just think that she is the Queen and also a borad of director of this company and she will pay the salary from her own pocket to you if you will be selected, full on a shop of overacting. JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AS THEY DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING ON THE NAME OF SALARY AND WILL TAKE YOUR INTERVIEW LIKE THEY ARE GIVING YOU 1 LAKH PER MONTH,,LOLZzzz

nothing I left this job after 6 months because of working culture.

Dislikes

Working Culture for an IT person there is nothing parameter set. All management believes only in the manager there is a grade 1 or grade 2 employee who is nothing he doesn't have anything to prove himself. Only who will succeed who l**k the s**ls of their boss, not those who will be capable because of the IT manager and internal Politics.

Work is easy to understand not much pressure as there is alot of work so you will automatically work when there is work in front of you to do so nobody will say much as you remain busy all the time

Dislikes

Forget enjoyment just plain work atmosphere no activities no outing. Scheduled time breaks and 10hours shift.

The work you do should be owned by yourselves, it is a matter of understanding how you take it.

Dislikes

The company is on the trajectory of growth, however not many involved in this hustle are continuing for long in the path.
