New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward
I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

The worst company I worked for a special experience. It was very bad in the sales department. Here is a guy who works as a sales manager named Abhishek Kesarwani. He is a completely ineligible person, and he has no skills. One of all, he is the relative of the CEO and VP of the company. He is a pure alcoholic guy. He used to drink alcohol on a daily basis on the company premises and misbehave with employees, and after drinking, he used to abuse employees and physically assault people, and he asked to buy alcohol from employees and, if some, denied the problem. He will take action by firing that guy, and the best part is, management knows everything, but as he is a relative of the company's CEO, nobody can do anything. Even the current employees know everything, but they can't take any action just to save their jobs. I recommend you not work here. They are very bad, as you can imagine.

Management in. the ucertify is totally worst. Harasses its employees some times they uses abusive langugaes in the meetings as well. If you want to leave firm during notice period treat you as enemy and also provides disrespective feedbacks about you to your next employer
