... mail over my issue which i shared with her and they sent me a termination mail. I decided to leave company and i asked for my salary of last month. they really denied to pay me. I worked entire month and they strictly refuse to pay my salary. (Haraam ki kamai thodi maag rahe h). And yes I would say- "This company is a चोर कंपनी. Meri ek month ki salary khaa gye ye chor kahi ke". This wasn't only happened with me but many employees fired like this and terminated. Main point you should keep in mind before join this company. 1. You can not expect work life balance while being here 2. Culture is with Too much Micromanagement 3. your seniors are credit taker 4. Director "Mr Dinesh " is not a professional man 5. Can not make a friendly environment there 6. can't go outside once you're entered 7. Managers neve support, always blame for the task. 8. Chaato and make your job secure is highly accepted 9. can not talk even for few minutes, camera is there to take your screenshot and they cut as penalty from your salary 10. they want you to come 10 minutes before but expect to be there after work. 11. Provide 20 minutes only for lunch. 12. 1 year agreement is necessary + 3 month probation. if you leave then you before completion of agreement then you have to pay. 13. if you leave during probation then they won't release your salary as they usually do. 14. If you wish to leave company for any reason, if you are not happy with environment then again you have to pay due to break your Bond. also, they will not pay your last month salary as they have done with many employees even me. 15. your pc is monitored with a software and it keep taking screenshot, and your managers always there to find your mistake so that they pressurise you do quality work and feel guilty for this. 16. People who are working there for a long time and now they are manager, they really talk with disrespectfully as you are nothing. i left this company i believed my skills, Today I am in a good company with great package and they value my skills and respect. Above given feedback is purely my experience which i have suffered there.

Haven't been surrounded by this much mediocrity in my life. They cut your salary if you're late even by a few minutes, but expect you to stay after work. Either the juniors or seniors have no idea what they're doing, and nepotism is rampant. They expect you to be in touch even after office premises, going to the extent of calling when they want. Every second of your PC is screenshotted, which they check. It's like selling your soul for a meagre amount.

There is no politics as per my experience and that would be 3 years. Salary credit on time and you will gain learning phase too to grow career wise.

Dislikes

There are managers who don't even know what is right and what is wrong. They are not decision takers. They are the puppets of the director. What director says they just follow. Can't take stand for their team. Some managers are who are just because of manager cause they are old but their knowledge and skills are completely outdated. They don't even know the trends. Just waste of time joining there.
