1. Forget about salary hike in this company. For first year it will be around 1 or 2 percent. For subsequent, it will be around 5%. 2. Forget about promotion. There is no time limit and people wait for at least 5 or more year so they can be promoted . 3. People with no technical knowledge will hamper your timeline. 4. No HR interaction.

The company is open to innovation and adopts latest technology. I'm grateful that i am a part o the team that always move towards new technology, high quality products with strongly security.

Compensation is not much good. Sometimes work pressure is vey high .

...y most of your questions are irrelevant as it is people who make it good or bad. So work life balance, salary, promotion, culture etc are all people made which we have to decide to shape it in what way. But yeah as an organisation CS WAS a best bank, as you must be knowing that it is acquired bu UBS due to again too level politics which ruin so many employees career.

Dislikes

Majority of people from all department do exactly opposite to what they say during interview. It's 1 or 2 among 10 are complaint otherwise rest enjoy the power and run the respective departments as per thier will.

Focus more on qualification than output. Too many CAs at high level positions, so discriminate employees based on CA and Non CA rather than performance. Firm need to improve on diversity and inclusiveness

Lobbying at line management level, new joiners don’t feel welcomed, reporting to external vendors in the name of agile, blocking opportunities for team and supporting only the people who butter them, misuse of power at line management level
