There is no proper work culture, they have been hired candidates without telling about work details like ie night shifts, before after saturday sunday there is no leaves, worst behavior of supervisors with zero work knowledge, There is a lot of politics with in team for providing leaves and work alot ment. Mainly if supervisor having any gledge on particular person simply they will make corner and point out that person unwantedly.

There is no HR policy and no travel claim.poor administration.and also not transferred. Audit system is very poor. They given Fake commitment.No reward recognised in working time. Experience was bad after all for my dedication My region was in 2nd Top position

Multiple cross sale product. This is a subsidiary of Union Bank so you are here for sourcing business only..rest is all in union banks end to whether Sanction or reject file.

No respect given to you by union bank even how much efforts you give..for them you are merely third party. Forget about work satisfaction..you have nothing to decide..no calls for your file. No support from seniors..they are just there to pressurize you only...union bank ke Employee to ubisl seniors ko bhi kuch nahi samajhte...big attitude and ego problem. Naukri chalani hai to lage raho...future kuch nahi hai isme.
