...experience to work with him. Extremely cooperative and understanding management. Salary are not very good but still enjoyed each and every day working with Uberall. The only thing I want to criticise is exit process. Its been more than 2 years I have not got my papers.

Only my exit experience was not good. Haven’t got experience letter and leaving certificate yet.

Likes

Good for fresher. Have lots of opportunities to learn and work on new technologies.

Dislikes

HR policies are not good. Saturday(s) are working, need to follow strictly Punch IN timing otherwise half day will be marked...no one cares if you are working hard and seating more than 8 hours. Salary / compensation below than market standard.Infra is not good. No health insurance. No job security.

Good company if you join as a fresher.

Very worst management. no work culture. all managers have very high attitude. you can't take leaves. It's like prison where you can enter easily but you can't come outside by your own decision. If you accept appraisal they will not allow to resign till next year. My personal suggestion is don't join this company if you have good experience and you want career growth

Technical challenges in environment and exposure is good. Management pushes to learn and overall hardship in career makes you a good professional.

Dislikes

No recognition of work, no rewards of accomplishment, no motivation. Lack of trust from management. Training is not provided to uplift employees. Process orientation is completely ignored. There is no roadmap or vision given by management, just learn and earn type of culture. One-way or one-sided HR policies, ignoring employee benefits completely, like British rule. No value of one's contribution. Absolutely zero succession planning.

Its a very small company but Good company with nice and helping management always ready to support.

They should give time to people for understanding the product and customers because The kind of product they are selling and the king of customers they have lawyers, legal heads of department, judges, and legal companies it take time to connect with them and make them understand
