low salary, no growth opportunity, no appraisals, inside politics in some of the teams, no job security, finally in 2nd month of lockdown they laid off me too along with a large no. of my team members

If you want life to enjoy, Avoid Uber. It used to have a great tech stack and best minds, but the situation has changed. Too much micromanagement and penalizing each and everything. How can monthly Diff count decide the work quality and productivity of an individual?

Its a diverse group of young talent we are proud to build a culture in company and are still in growth stage the work is great however there are limited promotions and opportunities internally due to the leadership issues

No work life balance No promotion No increment No job security, company can suddenly sack you within 30 mts no one can tell anything. Without giving any reason also. Ever seen worst Security to the job and the worst working culture . If you are buttering your maneger you stays , u don't butter you are out without any reason said. No hr In Kolkata and management is worst seen in my carrier . Don't join here ever. Improve the management and tell the maneger to value who works hard not to save the job of the one who just butters him and does nothing, thanks .
