No work life balance No promotion No increment No job security, company can suddenly sack you within 30 mts no one can tell anything. Without giving any reason also. Ever seen worst Security to the job and the worst working culture . If you are buttering your maneger you stays , u don't butter you are out without any reason said. No hr In Kolkata and management is worst seen in my carrier . Don't join here ever. Improve the management and tell the maneger to value who works hard not to save the job of the one who just butters him and does nothing, thanks .

Teammates are really good, gets a increment in every six months, salary as well as incentive increases.

Projects are given to same people.unable to learn anything,no skill development, working on Same thing everyday so getting bored,I would like to work in different projects but I don't get a chance, Don't value the individual hard work and some time I have to work after office and sometimes late night.

If you want life to enjoy, Avoid Uber. It used to have a great tech stack and best minds, but the situation has changed. Too much micromanagement and penalizing each and everything. How can monthly Diff count decide the work quality and productivity of an individual?
