Uber delivery pays more by coustomers you get better prop 22 payments.

...s for Uber eats and Uber Pro as far as promotions. Lyft pays better for drivers. Example sign on bonus of 200 hours for $2000 payout. Uber delivery drivers make more in prop 22 dispite working full-time vs Uber Pro drivers part time. Example Uber delivery full time makes 900 to 1000a week gets 350 to 550 every two weeks for prop 22. Vs a Uber X pro driver only makes 400 in a week and 200 the next gets paid $16 for two weeks for prop 22. Every time you switch from delivery to Uber Pro or back they hold your acct for days to a week to do background checks again and again. This company needs improvement.

If you are good and have worked with manager in previous company, the he will promote you within few min and others will be promoted after 2-3 years. Manger do not have any managerial skill, if you communicate anything, he will not understand that. He sticks to what he wants to do and he takes decision without thinking the consequences. Will not analyze the capability of the individual and will appreciate only the one who agrees for whatever he says.

Manager who doesn't have any managerial skill and who became manager by fluke.

Currently I'm not an active employee. They blocked my partner account 2 yrs back. I worked at this company for 1 year . I was a 6 star employee . My service was really good . But they blocked my account on the basis of an accident which was before i started working as an Uber partner . There was no active case. Yet they couldn't unblock me. So many times I have gone through their office at Cochin , Kerala. But no use. They don't know how much I suffered because of the surprise block of my account . I had to start working for ola cabs. But the demand was not the same among the Cochin people . So less rides less income . Loan payment , bill payments. It was a really drastic time for me. The company didn't helped me at all.

Dislikes

No kindness . They just want vehicles for cheap price.
