Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

...ealistic targets. People joining the company are leaving within 3 to 4 months. Company has a 2 mo ths notice period and will hold the 2 months salary in case you resign. There are no set defined company policies and can come up with anything at any point of time I. The name of company policies. You will not be spared after working hours... Management will keep troubling you on WhatsApp till late night. Weekends are off only on papers. Hope you understand. Please please please.. Think 10 times before spoiling your life.. Review from a tenured employee.

Nothing more than Remote.

Dislikes

Not so great, everything is on Targets, not just monthly but daily targets as well, even if you worked for year and when appraisal time came you will be shifted to other teams, which will impact your performance and they will show you that your not performing well. U3 will not even think about you or your health or your mental health or anything, they just treat you as wage workers.

Not recommend to join with U3 Infotech

Dislikes

U3 Infotech won’t be accountable after Onboard process. There won’t be any support to Employees like Job roles & responsibility mismatch from interview, Job security, Health/Life Insurance, No Dependent Visa sponsorship, ask compulsory penalty amount if you break contract breaks.
