Impact on kids is really good, removing politics from work will enhance the impact.

Dislikes

Harrasment from oversensitive 20-22 year old ill qualified so called leaders. They keep making new rules like kids and try to order every one around during standups. They also find faults in almost anything anybody says and then create drama around it.
