At some time, the work is very intense. The office interior now needs a change :) Pickup and drop facility not provided. It takes time to get answers from HR team, they are bit casual.

Not so good company to work with.Salary is too low. If you ask anything to HR they will say we will talk with the management. No salary hike,No project allowences offered,Nothing is good about this company.

...ic attitude of management, colleagues. HR is mere office executive. No training. Poor salary and compensation. Work culture is horrible. There is no job security.2 years bond and 3 months notice plus they hold the salary if any employee wants to leave. Pathetic dominance and small company. Please do not spoil your career by joining this company. Higher management do not even have sense & decency to talk. There is absolutely no technical growth and career advancement. Company overall is least interested about employee satisfaction. Bad internal politics. Not a recommended company.

Company gives false commitments to new joinee related to salary and doest deliver on the same, also company has no professionalism they just ask anyone to just resign or they will terminate their employment, most unethical company to work in. They force employee to sign a long term bond in the name of giving desired appraisals.

Only thing is good that you get salary ontime...in all other its 3rd class company.

Management give you falae commitment about your salarys. There is 2 years of bond and its totally in fever of company policies. No carrer growth. No nothing is good to say about the company.
