Only the thing if we take leave they will charge 2000 per month , without leave one person can't I think atleast they need to give one sick per month

TVS UPASANA LIMITED provides me more practical knowledge on machineries and gain knowledge on all equipments. TVS UPASANA LIMITED makes me to overcome all the critical situation and take decisions on that situations.

It will be good if management people make a look on machineries condition and tools availability and plan for the production

I can guarantee that there will be no career growth in TVS Upasana. Just working as CNC operator. Company culture very bad . Not enough food from canteen ... They are giving the food as much small ..limited food. No skill development in this company.i joined as NEEM Trainee . No training from the beginning. Just doing the same work day by day minute by minute ...
