...vs logistics Pvt ltd, the training period was good to learn more from employers.but the compensation and benefits are average.work satisfaction also average.As we work as a third party for other company.only 3years project.

Compensation is average,but growth is slow.The work pressure is high like audit daily and weekly and monthly arrangements.how much hard work we make also no response from the manager like good keep it up,no appreciation.no motivation,encouragement and no benefits .

They will notvrespect you. They will not give appraisals. They will not give salary as per agreement if you ask them they will blo blo to you.but 31 or 1st your salary will creadit 3 month Notice period because they will bloc you by your salary give them 3 month salary or 3 month you have to work even if you got a better opportunity. Head office support is "0"

Only salary like timely and working time 8 hours. Thancefort like the company.compqny life is balance.

Senior behaviour is not good and politics for the junior person no any benifit of company side. Now I am waiting our Experiance Letter. We have already sent the mail but no Response and not provide till now.

Job security is like a agreement based job the duration of the job 3years in that duration we will improve and growing up to the job and responsibility.. culture is satisfied and also the senior's ownership is amazing to seeing that..and we are learning from our senior's

•Work/Salary is required as per qualification •Promotion is required as per Talent. •Mediclaim is required for all the working Staff. Currently All things is not applicable so that I requested to Upper management for that.
