They will not give salary as per agreement if you ask them they will blo blo to you.but 31 or 1st your salary will creadit 3 month Notice period because they will bloc you by your salary give them 3 month salary or 3 month you have to work even if you got a better opportunity. Only salary like timely and working time 8 hours. Thancefort like the company.compqny life is balance.

Senior behaviour is not good and politics for the junior person no any benifit of company side. Now I am waiting our Experiance Letter. We have already sent the mail but no Response and not provide till now.

On time salary credit, flexible work timings, one can gain various insights of different countries as this organization is incorporated in different locations, and it is a back end office for the same.

There is no growth since tasks are repetitive, Less employee benefits and perks.

•Better working Environment •All the work is going on Data base. •There is Discrepancy in Stock. •Job Security is most important for the Employees.

•Work/Salary is required as per qualification •Promotion is required as per Talent. •Mediclaim is required for all the working Staff. Currently All things is not applicable so that I requested to Upper management for that.

Tvs supply chain solutions working is very good and skill development criteria but some opportunities is this field operational knoledge is must for challenging.

Company is better bur increment and salary growrth is very poorly every year.
