I joined TVSSCS for a specific role, and the company HR offered me a salary based on that job profile, clearly stating the amount they offer for that role. However, after 4 months, they changed my department, roles, and responsibilities, significantly increasing my workload. When I checked, I found that the salary for this new role is much higher than what I am currently receiving. I am now fully confused about the situation.

They will notvrespect you. They will not give appraisals. They will not give salary as per agreement if you ask them they will blo blo to you.but 31 or 1st your salary will creadit 3 month Notice period because they will bloc you by your salary give them 3 month salary or 3 month you have to work even if you got a better opportunity. Head office support is "0"

...good. Canteen food is also good than any other companies i have been ever seen. Salary is received time to time. Work space is also good and clean and the security and safety provided by company is also remarkable.

Overall company is good. But I am working since last 10 years but my salary is not increased very much. I and other my colleges are hardworking employee but they didn't have given any promotion . And there is lot of politics in company. Also nepotism is seen in the company. Company should pay attention to corruption that happens in the company.

Salary poor, work life balance not good. Regionalism is there so much higher. Nepotism so much higher in this company. If you have no approach no permotion.
